Founded in 2018, the Community Foundation emerged from a small group of passionate individuals who recognized the urgent need for comprehensive community development programs in underserved areas. What began as a digital literacy initiative in a single community has grown into a multi-faceted organization impacting thousands of lives across the region.
Over the years, we’ve expanded our reach to include healthcare advocacy, with a special focus on sickle cell disease awareness, as well as robust programs addressing girl child education, youth empowerment, and women’s rights. Our holistic approach recognizes that sustainable community development requires addressing multiple interconnected needs.
Today, we operate in 75+ communities, supported by 500+ dedicated volunteers and partnerships with local organizations, government agencies, and international development bodies. Every program we run is designed with community input, ensuring our work remains relevant, respectful, and impactful.
